Looking at Igor's List, there have still only been two Potomac approvals (that VJ members have updated) in December. I suspect there won't be much more for the rest of the year as people go on holiday. Hopefully it picks up quickly in January!

I don't think it will cause any problem because u can as well fill the form without the passport number...
