I-130 July 2019 Filers

Hey guys! I need help! We filed i130 last July. We did get an e-notification both e-mail and text saying they received and accepted our petition. We have a receipt number and know what service center it is. But after 4 months and one phone call later, we never received our NOA1 hard copy. I’m so worried.

They said the letter wasn’t sent in the first place (not so sure) and wait for a month for it to be mailed. It’s been way more than a month still nothing. We’ll probably call again. I’m just worried cause I feel like this situation is uncommon.

So highly unlikely. If it were approved, I'm thinking you could just wait out the i130 to be approved, instead of following through with the 129f.

Don’t worry your self you fill electronic notification while filling your CR1 form instead of mail. There is place they ask how you like to receive your notification. If your fill email or electronically you will not get hard copy you will only receive text and email. But if you fill mail notification you get text and mailed hard copy. For ours we fill mail so we only got text and mailed hard copy we did not receive in our email. So they are all the same so you are fine

I noticed on the June thread quite a few people from Texas have been getting approvals the last few weeks, so it certainly seems they’re catching up with Potomac...... it sucks being stuck with Nebraska 😫

just update to I-130 and your service center, and I always change to "approved petitions" it defaults to unapproved I think.

I also checked case tracker. Saw some July approval since last week
