Hi to all! I am new to this thread and so happy to found it! I am a July Filer too! I sent my i-130 last July 22nd. And I got my noa1 on July 24th 2019. I just wonder if you guys check the documents you submitted? coz when i checked it, my 40 pages turn into 12 pages when they scan it. I was a bit worried what happened to the photos and other documents that is missing in the documents that i found on my uscis account? please help me! Appreciate it!

Apparently it’s normal, not everyone can see many of their documents either, I know when my husband last checked ours we only had a couple of things visible. I’m sure I read from someone on this thread or another thread have said that it’s a system glitch and uscis can see everything so I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. Which Center is yours at?

Thanks! I am with Potomac. Just saw the latest update, the fastest approval will be 7 months and 18 days..

So, with this group due dates coming up on approvals, I just want to make sure I have my next steps ready and understood, according to this site this is what's next:

-get case number and IIN, give email addresses over

-complete the online DS-261

-pay the AOS bill, once it's invoiced

-pay the IV bill, once it's invoiced

-complete the online DS-260

-submit both packages together

-respond to any checklists, if applicable

-get case complete

-get interview date scheduled

-case is sent to embassy/consulate

Am I missing anything from the list?

Hey everyone!

Asking for a friend ,

They are IOE July 5th 2019 PD , and they are in Potomac Service Center. Could anyone make me aware of the month that Potomac is currently approving ? And how much more could they have left to wait ?

From reading other threads, they’re on May / June mainly at the moment I believe and others in here have said their estimated approval time for Potomac is this side of Christmas so it shouldn’t be too much longer. Ours in in Nebraska so we are still a long way off unfortunately.

I guess things could slow even further down with Thanksgiving and the Christmas period coming up :( I really hope IOE makes approvals more efficient for the case officers reviewing us.

Thank you so much. Will definitely keep up to date in this thread , and will let you know as soon as my friend receive there approval. Hoping it's soon. December is almost here guys!! Stay strong. As for those in Nebraska it's such a shame. A little about us , we were at Nebraska as well some time last year March 2018 to be exact. Received approval November 2018 , 8 months after when we had friends in other service centers getting approved as little as 5 to 6 months. Nebraska has forever been the slowest , but now it's even worst. Such a shame that there's such a difference between the service centers. Wished they would all be fair. As for us were still in this battle , unfortunately interviews in the embassy in Guyana are taking more than a year so were still stuck in this endeavour since February 2019 when we had case complete. So just a head up for any Cubans having to interview in Guyana , the wait is unbearable! Best of wishes to all.
