Yes, I did have an IOE receipt.  I also requested an expedite, but they didn't ask for evidence.  That's why I'm confused as to which was it, IOE or expedite.  I did provide detailed information to the agent on the phone when I requested the expedite.

Congratulations! This is exiting. Out of curiosity, would you mind sharing your expedite request?

That's quick ,what's the reason?

idk! maybe Texas is just moving along more quickly. One of the approvals was Germany, and I know they can do direct consulate filing there, that could be the reason for the June approval.. I asked but haven't heard back. But it's promising to see so many April & now some May approvals coming through for the Texas service center. And it seems like most people who do the K3 who have Nebraska are having faster turn arounds too.

I just looked again. There are 2 June approvals from Texas, as of right now. One said they filed the K3, and the other was an expedite from what I can see on their timelines. The May approval, tho listed as TX, was a direct consular filing with Germany.

I was determined I wasn’t going to file the I-129F but after the comments from other users, we mailed our I-129F for the K3 the other day. Hoping to be delivered on Monday and get a second reference! Fingers crossed for a speedier review 🙂

I should find out soon where our petition is going, but definitely am already thinking this to be an option, and maybe even regardless of the service center...   Why were you against it?

I saw that on fb too, got my husband to check ours, and there was no update on ours either 😞 was hoping there might have been as we are 46 days in in the i-129f too ..... hopefully those that got Potomac will be seeing their approvals very soon

We're all officially getting into the third month too! idk why, but I'm excited time is moving along, we're makin progress! You're Nebraska right, it definitely seems like the 129-f's are making an impact on Nebraska application, hang tight, your time is coming soon!!! I can't wait for the first person in this group to be approved, lol, and it will likely be Potomac, you're right!

Yep we got Nebraska. That’s the only reason we sent in the I-129f too. Just hoping it carries on working. There were some June approvals last week using that method but not IOEs.

I think this month group will be the ones that are going to really test how this new IOE system works and show if it’s going to be any faster. I pray for all of us that it will be a faster and smoother process. I’ll eagerly be watching May and June to see what’s happening there too.

agreed, July IOE's are going to establish a better understanding of their effectiveness, and if this new system proves to be any quicker/ more efficient.

I am rooting for you guys. IOE has a lot of potential, but you know it's all gov't slow processes. I hope that by the time my wife wants to petition her parents if they want to come. That they have the I-130 Online, USCIS IOE, and NVC Online and Embassy Online so there's no paper being printed out.
