Hi everyone. I’m gonna try to keep up with y’all acronyms lol. PD: July 15th, 2019 for Spouse. NOA1: July 17, 2019. My case number begins with IOE and I hope what I’m hearing is true, that IOE’s are being processed in about 2-3 months due to the new system. Regardless, keep the faith y’all and pack your patience! #34daysin

welcome!  lol, I've been counting the days since we filed too. Patience is a virtue.

You should create a timeline, it helps with all the stats and data you can find here on processing times ect..

How long did it take you guys to receive any notification from USCIS after you send your I-130 petition?

I sent my petition in last Monday (Aug 12) . UPS delivered on Aug14th.

I still haven't received anything from USCIS 😕

Do they normally text or email you before sending NOA1?

No texts or emails, it was around a week to 10 days for most of us to get the NOA1 in the post I believe. Hopefully you’ll receive something around the end of this week 🤞🏻

Thank you !!

Is there a I-130 filers group for people that filed in August 2019?

Mine was also about 10 days from delivery, until I received NOA1 in the mail. YOu'll get something this week I bet.

I don't think there is an August filers group yet- I had looked last week, anyway. It might not be a bad idea to create one though!

Well we’re all over a month into this waiting journey now!

Did anyone else who got Nebraska file the I-129f yet? We sent ours and got the NOA1 last week. There’s not enough evidence to show if the IOE receipt process is going to speed things up so thought it would be worth trying that too.

Texas and Potomac are still moving much faster than Nebraska so there’s probably no benefit to filing that form for you guys.

Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing in this long process

Did you file the e-notification form? G-1145 is the form number. They won't text or email only send the mail notice.

We sent our I-129F this week and should be there Friday. I also did not want to wait and see if the IOE system is more efficient or not.

Let us know an update in the Nebraska thread. 30-45 days from now.

We have decided NOT to file the I-129.

With the current published processing times, we should have ViH for three months after the two year anniversary. To avoid any more dealings with the wonderful USCIS we will patiently wait as the RoC sounds like a right pain in the teats.
