Currently she is unemployed so we won't have that as proof of her intent to go back to her home country.

Status Updated  on August 12, 2019. Stated that your benefit has been accepted and application is under review. Not sure what it means but i guess anything is good news.

It means they've accepted your application, for review! So now we all wait together! lol I'm Texas service center also. Did you receive the IOE receipt #?

(Texas Processing Center). Both letters came in the mail today at the same time.

Priority Date: July 29, 2019. I prepare my own package with no attorney! I’m happy it was accepted.

Hi everyone. I’m gonna try to keep up with y’all acronyms lol. PD: July 15th, 2019 for Spouse. NOA1: July 17, 2019. My case number begins with IOE and I hope what I’m hearing is true, that IOE’s are being processed in about 2-3 months due to the new system. Regardless, keep the faith y’all and pack your patience! #34daysin
