Im in the military and while I was stationed in germany, me and my indonesian wife that lives in germany got married. We attempted to submit an i130 through USCIS in frankfut while I was still stationed there. We were instructed by the military help to send in the check, after we recieve a correspondence from the USCIS in Frankfurt. obviously we were wrong and they kicked it back. I'm now in the US and she's still in germany. We are going to submit the package again with the check but we are given mixed informations on where we can submit the package, now that I am residing back in the US. Does anyone ever have an experience like this before and can help us.
Very much appreciated
Chris

Yes, absolutely if she has a valid tourist visa. Remember, final decision to let anyone in or out rests with the CBP at the border. She has to answer all the questions they ask her truthfully, and prepare to present evidence that she would leave the US at the end of her visit.

Presumably she has some sort of residency status in Germany, or will she be going back to Indonesia?
