Can you reply with an update on what happened with your case? Did it get assigned to one of the other service centers after you received the IOE? Are you still waiting for your i-130 to be approved?

We received a hard copy after a few days where it was mentioned that the case has been sent to Potomac service center. Now we are just waiting for NOA2.

After how many days your case moved to service center? I received the letter saying with IOE number and online status showing “ your benefit request has been accepted and is under review “

You will see your service center on the notice you receive (NOA1).

Doesn’t matter where you live. It gets sent randomly between the centers. Be thankful you got Texas and not Nebraska too!
