There’s clearly still suspicion about the case if they are sending embassy staff to talk to neighbors. This is only done when they are not convinced of bona fides.

Will the case refused or they will process more

There is something about your case that is making them suspect fraud.

Did you obtain your US citizenship via marriage to a USC?

I bet his USC spouse petitioned for his kids, not him. In that case it's important whether his present marriage is valid. If it isn't then there is no stepparent-stepchild relationship for immigration purposes...

Okay....let’s go back a bit....you are divorced from your wife (in Pakistan? Is that correct?) And you now have your green card (because you are married to an US citizen). Are you now divorced from the USC?

Correct me if I am wrong....but....now you want to bring your children here and the consulate is now investigating if you visit your children (and ex wife). Is that correct?

LOl.   I thought when I read it he was divorced to a Pakistani and remarried to a USC (I don't remember reading about divorcing again).  I "think" his current wife petitioned for the children but it was returned last year because his documents were not correct.   He overcame this issue but they still were not convinced so after the second interview and dna test they went to the home and asked around.   I believe its his parents home in Pakistan (he lives in USA).  The neighbors told the people investigating for the embassy that the ex wife (the pakistani) lived in his parents house.   He claims she just sees the kids on the weekend.....   but I could have this all fudged.

Previous threads put a teeny bit more meat on the original post and previous issues surrounding the children and prior divorce...but agree clarification on some questions asked would help.

Self deleted

Edit: I think I understand now. Embassy shows up at Pakistan house, thinks wife still lives at the house (meaning not really divorced), OP is married to a USC now and has a greencard through this marriage, wants kids from Pakistan in the US.
