does everyone get a receipt after mailed out I-751?

I sent mine in yesterday via Certified. Will CSC receive my package and actually sign for it to confirm delivery? My tracking number shows that USPS tried to deliver it and no one signed for it. Has anyone sent their package CERTIFIED and had CSC accepted it for processing?

dude9er, did you send your package through certified mail with return receipt? We sent our package through certified, no body need to sign for acceptance. we were able to confirm that it was delivered through USPS website using the tracking number.

Well I thought it was just certified, the woman asked me if I needed returned receipt and I said no the tracking should be fine and I looked at my receipt when I got home and she had included a return receipt fee. Dammit. So will someone actually sign for it? I doubt they take the time to stand in line. This may possibly suck.

Mine was stamped "USCIS Received" and the date it was received but no one signed for it.

I received the first NOA today, Just an update of my timeline.

5/29 mailed out package

6/8 checke cashed

6/19 NOA1 (1 year extentsion)

(PS: I was told CSC has been slowing down since eastern, due to some cases from other SC are transfered to CSC, anyone has more infor about this? thanks)

I was also wondering which receipt number should be used to register online account for case status tracking purpose. should be the one on NOA1(1 year extension) or NOA2 (bio appointment)?

it seems they always have weird processing updates. offically was told they are processing December cases, but folks send over cases during Feb and March 07 mostly got card within 2 months or 3 months...and then CSC seems getting slow down again after eastern, dont know if anyone send over April got proved recently.

Anyone travel overseas with the I-797 NOA to remove condition on the green card?

or do you have to get the I551 Stamp on the passport?

Basically NOA paper mentioned the Green card has been extended for a year while the process to remove condition on the green card is ongoing.

I got my bio yesterday, Appt for July 11th. I noticed that the case status web site is not updated. I got the letter but the website has not been updated.

I hope they are not slowing down in processing.

We got our NOA yesterday (letter dated 06/12/07), and bio letter with appt on July 14th. I was able to track case status online with the receipt number too.
