If you  first applied for a (i601A) and got it denied you will not be able to appeal the case or reopen you will need to start over again

Mine is not 601A.  It's 601 for 2years of unlawful presnce thats it. I did my entire process overseas .now my question is would i need to start from scratch after my waiver get approve. If you don't know the answer to that that's ok.but I just need someone to answer me

Good afternoon adam.after you got waiver approve please tell me the step you took to get your visa. did u have to start all over again with i130 than nvc again to pay fees or what.i need to know cause this lawyer just told me after waiver approve I have to do i130 again. Wthhh. Please reply when you can god bless. 😣😣😣😢😢😢

Think about it this way ,waivers take usually between 8 months to a year sometimes less sometime more ,when it came to me I had to redo everything again even sponsorship papers ,taxes ,ds260,police records ,medical and the visa fee ,your application will not be considered new unless you abandon it and year passes without them hearing from you ,unless you have a visa waiver processing then forget about what I said .

End of the day you have to refresh all your documents cause they will need new documents for anything older than 6 months.

Good luck

Hello everyone,

my waiver I601 was approved on january 28th, now we are getting ready for the interview which will be on march 31st at the Cd.Juarez consulate.
I am looking for some insight on how this interviews go, what kind of questions do they ask and if its possible to get a refusal.
My I601 waiver was for fraud and misrepresentation.
the embassy only asked for a new medical exam and to get my DS 260 updated... no taxes or affidavit from my husband, no police record or no fingerprints.
please let me know if you have any info that could be helpful.

Thank you and best luck to all of you :)
