Waiting approval i601 y i212 March 27 2019

hello everyone is there anyone else that file there 601 y 212 waivers in march 2019 for Mexico . we are still waiting to hear notice on case how long has others wait to get an approval

My waiver I 601 took exactly 11 month, applied in April 2018 and got approved on Feb 14 2019

Thank you,  just remember each case is processed differently, I was told from my attorney and the embassy it would take around 4-6 months but ended it 11 months.,but in the end it will be worth it.

Congratulations!! My lawyer is now working on my I601 waiver may I know what is your grounds of inadmissibility? And its really hard living away frm my spouse hope it wont take that long.

Yes it can be super hard ,,, with family been separated.

 

It was for not filing permanent statues on time with the courts lawyer didn't file application on time ... What is you're for?

Hi it taking about 10 to 13 months to get a answer I’m going through this with my husband since Nov 2018 is the worse nightmare but I know 🙏🏾 Everything is going to be over one day just stay positive...best of luck 🙏🏾

Amorxoxo yes its super hard have you heard anything back on your husband case ? Did he already file a 601 an 212 ?

If so did you guys hear anything yet and how long it took if so.

We file 601 but still haven’t hear anything yet I will keep you updated as soon as I do 🙏🏾

Have you file just recently? What year and month? Thanks yes keep in touch .

When I checked the process time on the site its in July 02 218 so its about 8 more month's wait into March but I have seen and heard 601 an 212 been approved in shorter times . let's keep faith soon we will  hear great news .

Hi no news yet 😔 but 🙏🏾 That we get something soon 🙏🏾 .... however someone from October 2018 just got approved on July so we you have to stay positive 🙏🏾
