Hello...I am getting some conflicting information. Can someone tell me what the current status of the medical for AOS from a K1. Is it good if it was done within the last year or is there another cutoff? Also, do the immunizations need to be transcribed onto a new I-693? I would really like to get through with this with a little hair left on my head))) Thanks..as always...

There is lots of info on this topic if you use the search bar.

If you filed AOS within one year of the overseas medical date, you completed all of your vaccines and they were transcribed to your DS3025 properly and your DS3025 is marked as complete, all you need to do is submit a photocopy of your copy of the DS3025 with I485 and bring your copy to the AOS interview as backup. Screenshot_20190701-120554_Chrome.thumb.jpg.81c016a1a3bc3c1bf79061ef2d68dc55.jpg

Thanks...I've read through all of that) We just had some differing opinions on the regional forum. This is my second rodeo so I thought I had it down. Just making sure something new hasn't been required that hasn't made its way through to the USCIS forms or guides. Well, we all know USCIS would never change anything on a whim)))

"submit a photocopy of your copy of the DS3025 with I485"

That's what I did. Let's hope it works)

@pushok I went to the County Health Department and to a clinic for uninsured  and had my missing vaccinations ( 6 ) . Then I went to the CS with the proof and she filled out the I 693 and redid the physical. The problem is that CS  won ' t just sign off on the vaccination part ( as per USCIS guidelines ) . They want to redo the whole thing ( probably for money ) . I found a CS who charged $200 instead of 500 like others.
