I can take her to the civil surgeon the first week of August and that won't be considered too early? Or should I wait until our marriage and closer to filing the AOS?

There isn't a too early once she is in the states.   If the 1st week of August works for you ... get 'er done!

USCIS changed the rules (again) .. I-693 IS required; must take the DS-3025 to a civil surgeon to be transcribed to the I-693 .   You do not need another physical, some civil surgeons try to push a physical $$$$

Really. That sucks. Sop around by phone and if they don't give you a price move. We my wife's I-,693 only because she fall victim to the flew shot cra_. Oy vey.

Thanks for the update.  Must have been in the last year and a half, as we did AOS in January of 2018.

Finally done.

Been that way for awhile now.   Should only be an office visit kind of charge.   Last person that reported back said they paid under $50 to get the DS-3025 transcribed.

Not sure about that. the latest i693  still mentions no requirement of new medical if AOS is filed within one year of medical done overseas for K1 processing. If DS 3025 does not satisfy vaccination requirement, then i693 with corresponding sections. Nowhere in the uscis i693 page talk about the requirement.

It’s highly unlikely for USCIS to implement something that isn’t explicitly mentioned in their website.

Correct, no new medical is required if filing within a year of initial medical (which is what I stated in the other posting).   I was warning others to be watchful with civil surgeons as they try to scam them $$$

The I-693 is listed as required in the I-485 instructions.    It is item #10 under Evidence

Flu shot is a requirement but only during flu season.

When does the flu season start for purposes of the seasonal flu vaccine requirement? Since the seasonal flu vaccine is required, do I have to get the seasonal flu vaccine if it is not the flu season?

A.  For purposes of the immigration medical examination, the flu season starts on October 1 and ends on March 31 each year. If your immigration medical examination is during this period, you are required to have the seasonal flu vaccine. If you have an immigration medical examination completed between April 1 and September 30, when it is not the flu season for immigration purposes, you are not required to document that you have received the seasonal flu vaccine.
