Wait, why are you sending all the evidence of marriage? Has something changed with the I-130? I know when we filed, we didn't send any because there were no instructions to do so and we were fine (meaning if we were supposed to and hadn't, we'd have gotten an RFE).

Other than that confusion, looks great.

Looks good. Just a few things. 1. I-130 & I-485: Please submit the marriage certificate, not the marriage license.

2. I-485: In addition to form I-693, also include form I-693A (vaccination supplement)

3. I-864: did you have any additional income? if so, turn in form 1099 (I have seen people here on VJ that have gotten RFEs for not submitting their 1099s); if you feel it would help your case you could also send in a current bank statement

4. I-130: you are right about including proof of your relationship with package I-130 (this is something the latest form asks for).

Good luck on your journey

Looks good, apart from what has been said.

We did not submit 1099 since my husband does not have supplemental income (investments, side income, high valued-interests etc)..Just the 1040, w2, paystubs, employment verification letter.. (I will have to see if we get RFEs for I-864 or tax-related issues).

Well, good luck!

@mysticbluerose: USCIS sees from the submitted tax returns if someone had any additional income. If that's the case and you don't include form 1099 with your application you run the risk of getting an RFE. If on the other hand someone didn't have any additional income then of course he can't include form 1099 (you can't include what you don't have, lol).

Yup, I know :) Not that I wish we don't have that additional income ;) With the RFE, I meant I might get an RFE for other issues in my I-864 (missed something like signature, as basic as it is, I was in a hurry to submit my AOS)..I wished I used I-864EZ though.

Oops, my edit button messing up.. I meant to add with a possibility of RFE, I might have missed something like signature, as basic as it is, or might have missed one W2 among the set of W2s I included, anything is possible especially I was in a hurry to get the package to FedEx Kinko's not near our place before closing time)..Some get RFEs even though they feel they submitted completely everything possible, who knows if I will get one too. I wished I used I-864EZ though and sent in IRS transcripts (which were here with us at that time)...
