@Bill & Katya she didn't show any and they didn't ask for any, all they ask was we see you're here on a K1 visa and did you get married after 90 days, gave her his card to show up July 9 and bring her passport

I thought you said they took her passport?  Was the passport taken during the ICE visit, or when you went to the appointment yesterday?

@Alhaji did the people that came to your home have ID, a warrant to enter and did they take your wife's passport? This could be a crime, a scam or a violation of your wife's rights. Where did you go to hand over the passport?

ICE  don't care of your feelings. they only uphold the law as being tasked. some of you here read what happened to us. and yes they will take your passport so you will be forced to report. my suggestion, hire a very competent lawyer or your  wife will be subject to deportation.

They did when we showed up for the July 9 visit because they said if we don't show up, they will arrest her and will be deported.

So she voluntarily surrendered her passport to ICE at the first "check-in" yesterday.  I agree then with @geowrian, she should request it back either at the next "check-in" or even before, as you stated she needs it for identification.  If at that time ICE does not relinquish it, then you can get a consulate involved.

I'm following, too.....This is one very interesting case...."larger enforcement movement"........I had not thought about that......

It would only be a violation of rights if they were refused entry but came anyway, or if they took her involuntarily. Being permitted entry and/or being told to show up somewhere later is not a violation of rights. There’s a difference between upholding your own rights (not letting ICE inside without a valid arrest warrant, or refusing to hand over your passport) and somebody violating your rights by telling you to show up or else you could face penalties.

Also following this to see if it’s a one-off case or if it is part of a larger enforcement movement.

I realise that but OP wasn't clear about if they were legitimate ICE agents or when his wife surrendered her passport. I'd be very cautious about letting a stranger see my ID, let alone take it, without some proof of who they were.

It's very unusual for a documented immigrant to have to check in with ICE. Seems like proof of filing for AOS would prevent this.

He clarified, she surrendered her passport at the ICE office yesterday at their first "check-in", not to the agents that showed up at their home.
