Good day, I have a question to ask can my wife use her SSDI income and her employment income to meet the requirement for household size of two if her SSDI income is 10,212 annual and her employment income annual is 16849 and how will that  reflect on the i864 form part 6 item number 20 where they ask for current annual income and also part 6 item number 20.a where they ask for the most recent tax year. Am confused cos her 2018 tax was 16,849 is that going to be problem if I put her most recent tax 16849 or should  I add the SSDI income which is 10,212 making it 27,061 for the most recent tax or just put the 16,849.thank you I need your help please.

Part of my income is from SSA - retirement benefit, and I have the same concern. You can go to your account at Social Secuity's website and print out a benefit verification letter. I also included bank statements, for a couple of months, to show that the amount is deposited each month. Our AOS application was just received recently, so we don't know how this will turn out, but I don't think there should be a problem. Good luck with yours!

Please fill out your timeline. If you are on K-1 visa, you are not supposed to use I-864 until AOS. You need to fill I-134 for visa interview. I don't know what you mean by SSDI income?

Social Security Disability Income........

You don't show on the return,  you show as a supplement information
