Well I happen to learn that many March fillers are getting their NOA2 sooner than expected.

I've already asked this question but seems like there was some confusion on the responds and I just got more confused on what we need. I'm asking for those who already have their NOA2 even before the March fillers to give us info on what we need when we get NOA2. Such as documents, so we can get them in advance and not have to really wait until its in our hands...prety pleasee!!!!!!

do we need police reports?

Taxes and how far back?

What does the benificiary need so we can call them so they can gather their info, too.

please help! GOOD LUCK TO ALL VJ MEMBERS!

Yes, you need the police cert. That can take a whle, so check how long it's valid for and order it reasonably far ahead. You will need to do the I-134. The documents needed can be found in the instructions. If you do tax records, the general wisdom here is 3 years. Keep documenting your relationship and make sure the beneficiary has the originals of everything submitted. Look in your country specific area for anything specific to your embassy. See what forms you need to fill out for the embassy, look them over. Find out when you can get your medical and look into getting any vaccinations you (or your SO) will need. Good luck!

Mexico does not require police reports.

Mexico does not use the I-134 so the more tax returns you have, the better.

The beneficiary doesn't call them. The petitioner will receive notice from the NVC indicating the file has been forwarded to Ciudad Juarez. Ciudad Juarez will mail the fiance packet to both the petitioner and beneficiary. When the beneficiary has all the information ready and has received the packet with the official appointment letter, s/he can go to Ciudad Juarez for the medical and the interview. All the information is on the Ciudad Juarez website as well as in the Juarez thread here in the Foreign Embassy forum.
