Oath Ceremony In TX

I have been to the citizenship interview and passed and I was told by the officer that my file hasn’t arrive at my local office so he can’t go ahead and approve it and as soon as it arrive there he will approve it for me to come for the oath ceremony, I called the USCIS office and was told my local office received my file a week after my interview, it’s been over 50 days now and I haven’t been sent any letter for an interview. My question is has someone gone through this and how long did it take for the person to get his or her oath ceremony scheduled?

My interview was also in Dallas and I don’t know why, one thing is they scheduled me for another interview again  and after going there I was told I don’t need to come for the 2nd interview since I have already passed the first one. I don’t have any criminal history and never had a ticket for speeding or any reckless driving before

Send a letter by mail to IO officer to your local office address and it might help.  See the paper you received for instructions.

Who is IO officer and how can I find his or her address, thanks
