I check my case In https://ceac.state.gov, and I received this: 

 

What does it mean?

 

I haven't received a notification from NVC

It mean that your case is with NVC and you will be receiving a checklist of the documents ( I864, IRS transcripts, birth certificates, etc) that you will need to send to NVC before your case gets either approved or denied. Once approved it will be submitted to the embassy.

My PD is 06-12-2008

In my case my type is F3 Priority date 2019 and they sent me the case number and  Invocice Number when I made the first login I visualize the same notification.

 

This means that they have a visa for me and when they activated my account and pay the fee, submit the doc, they will sent to embassy to  schedule a appt?
