Greetings

Enjoy your trip to Bonny Scotland I have visited the highlands on many occasions. If I was you get someone to send your greencard to you priority mail if you have not received it before you fly out. There are many people in your predicament. I remember receiving a usps tracking number for my greencard and hard to pick it up from my local post office.

Update : I got a tracking number from USPS last night. Last night at 9.30pm it said my card was on route from Knoxville, TN to Philadelphia. Then this morning at 8.11am I got another update saying that my card had arrived at the Philadelphia distribution center woohoo. We live about an hour north of Philly, so hopefully they'll send the card from philly to my local post office today and then tomorrow they'll deliver the card to me. Fingers crossed

Yes I do have AP. But I believe it becomes invalid as soon as the green card is approved?

Okay I guess I'll just go down there on Wednesday morning if i don't have it yet and hope that someone is nice enough to give me a stamp lol

I was in the same situation. My green card was approved and mailed to me when I was travelling abroad in Europe.

I boarded the plane with my AP, no question asked at the airport, then upon arrival, I informed the immigration officer my green card was approved and mailed to me when I was abroad. The officer sent me to secondary, I waited for like 15 mins, another officer came back with my passport, stamped and noted with "ARC" and told me I am ready to go.

This was 2014, and POE was Boston.
