If anyone recently has applied for a re-issuance of a subsequent K-1 visa

I have only seen it happen maybe 2 times in my 8 years on here. Those 2 times the person came here then had to leave due to an emergency. It is very very rare.

Still not married? Submit a new DS-160 with fee: "To issue this subsequent visa the applicant must pay a new MRV fee and provide a new DS-160."

Should it mimic the old or answer the questions about ever been in USA etc now as yes?

All questions should be answered honestly when submitting........otherwise, it's called misrepresentation, imo.

Yes, it has happened so it is possible.

I have also seen people attempt it and were unable to do so.

Hope for the best and expect the worse. Good luck.

Edit: Reminder that the validity period of the new visa will be the original 90 days granted from initial POE. So after that 90 days, they cannot re-issue.

do you know if the embassy (jamaica) will want all the documentation again (proof of income, etc) or it should be all valid still?  I did put an email into the embassy..nothing yet

They should provide guidance, but I would bring everything you did to the interview last time just in case.
