After the initial excitement of getting transfered from the blackhole a.k.a VSC to CSC and a couple of touches in May - that sinking feeling is setting in again !!! This def sucks and I hope June doesnt go by without the darn NOA2 .

Based on another forum thread out there - I know a bunch of ppl with NOA1 dates after me got approved . Anybody else out there who got x-fered from VSC to CSC and waiting on a approval ?????????

I'm done with work for today ....I'm heading out .........oh wait...its Friday and I-95 is a going to be a nightmare . I'm not liking anything that begins with a "I" all that much. I-130's ..I-95 ...bump the darn "I" :angry: !!

1/30/2007 - Received by VSC

2/1/2007 - Received NOA1 in mail (if only everything in the process moved as fast as the noa1)

5/11/2007 -case transfered to CSC (received notification email)

5/17/2007 - Received hard-copy of notice of transfer to CSC in mail

6/7/2007 - Received NOA2 approval ( CRIS email recvd 6/8/07) FINALLY !!!

Hey...well I am in the same boat. I got transferred 11th May also, had a whole leap of touches but nothing for a week or so. My NOA1 was on 3rd January 2007. I am hoping also June dont go without an approval! Well all we can do is wait i suppose. Hope we both get a quick approval!

Hello all,

I am also in the same boat with my file getting transferred to CSC from VSC on May 19th.

My only concern is the the current NOA2 for CSC is around averaging 90 days. I hope our files dont start sitting at the bottom of the pile and are processed along with the NOA1 dates.

I guess all we could do is wait, wait and wait!!!!

also in the same boat...was transferred may 11th from VSC to CSC...and had TONS of touches...but all of them seem useless...and sadly i am starting to become pessimistic and give up hope...:( soooooo many people received their NOA2s and filed after us...inshAllah this week brings good things...and inshAllah we will not be thrown to the bottom of the pile...they CANNOT separate us from our loved ones...it is hard enough as it is!! take care and everyone let us keep each other updated! all of you are in my prayers :)

Call this number and use your receipt number from your petition to see if NVC has received your case and assigned a number. If they have received it, you can obtain your case number and if they have not recived it, then you will be told by the automated message that they have no record of it and it is still at CSC

The USCIS got slammed with more HIB applications this year than they ever have. They issued a press release on it. These employers pay the big bucks to get people pending workers visa's processed faster. This hit on USCIS has literally stopped processing for all other pending visa's. There are a lot of people at CSC who have been approved and petitions sent to NVC without an NOA2 having been received yet. They claim that they will catch up with the NOA2's. However you can call the NVC and check to see if your case is there.

Whats the compliance? I have not heard of this before!

USCIS is saying they will have all notices (NOA1s, NOA2s, etc.) "up to date" at CSC and VSC by June 15. All other service centers should be current by now. That is they will be sending notices in their normal timely fashion by these dates.

05/12/2007 - NOA1 received by snail mail after a loooong wait

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

guys , got my NOA2 approval notice via email today ,approved as of June 7th 2007 . alhamdolilah !!! All the best to rest ! The USCIS bulletine I guess was applicable to NOA2's as well -and not just for those waiting on a NOA1
