Yes to both, you include copies of anything proving being in the same place at same time, like copies of flight itineraries, hotel receipts, plane tickets, ATM receipts, ect, photos together, and especially photos with foreign family, sample email, chat logs, log of emails copies of letters, ect.

The more you provide to USCIS and they approve, the less for the consular officer has to nit pick on when approving the visa, this data is given to the consulate, and most make decisions based on what is in the case file sent to them by USCIS.

SEND ONLY COPIES, AND KEEP THE ORIGINALS.

All this is explained clearly in the guides.

The highlighted above is optional evidence and NOT to be confused as required evidence with the I-129F petition.

we really bit scare about this procces , just wanna avoid any problems , what is the k1 famous problems coz its important for us to know before take any step
I included much relationship data up-front when filing with USCIS and the consular officer gave a clean and simple interview to my wife, I feel providing that info up front made the consular officer's decision easy and quick, I read about many nightmares at the consulate that we dealt with, when this info was not provided to USCIS, in our case the consulate almost always wont look at anything brought to the interview, they will deny the visa and request that that info be sent to them for over-come, a 1 or more month process.

Egypt may be easier than China.

We included both proof of having met in the past 2 years and proof of ongoing relationship.

I think it's important (IMO) to show that you still have a relationship and are committed to each other. We met in 2004 and lived together in Brazil - but when my visa ran out I returned to the U.S. I thought it better to show USCIS that we still talked constantly, wrote e-mails/letters, sent each other presents, etc.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Whether to submit ongoing relationship evidence with a petition is always an interesting discussion. It is not required for K1. That much is clear. Much of the argument for doing so boils down to "post hoc, ergo propter hoc" logical fallacy. "I did and things went smoothly." That b follows a does not mean a caused b. Nevertheless there is some logical argument. Many Consulates do not allow the US Citizen to attend the interview and are so overworked that they will review little of any evidence brought to the interview if they see anything that gives them pause. If a modest amount of directly applicable ongoing relationship evidence can be provided with the petition, then the Consulate has that for reference during any preparation for the interview.

I would caution against going overboard with this kind of evidence included with a petition, because the USCIS must evaluate everything you give them. They more you give them, the more time it takes and the more chances they'll find something to ask more questions about. I would keep it to no more than three or four pages all together. If you have pictures from different seasons or in different locations with wardrobe changes or with family, and some representative emails etc that should do fine. Maybe add some evolution of relationship to one or both of the letters of intent.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Nah...Egypt has AR/AP that can take anywhere from like 2 weeks to 9 months or even more. And right now Americans cannot get married in Egypt.

Divorced. To hell with him.
