NVC stage

can someone please tell me what is the list concerning the documents we need to submit in the NVC stage

You  will need to pay the AOS and I 864 fees

then moroccan is to fill out the DS 260

and USC fills out the I 864

you will need to send moroccan's 2 criminal reports (a Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station at their place of residence. )

and they need to have both Arabic and English translations

you also need to send the needed IRS tax transcripts (they use to want 3 but it may be only last years' now) someone else who has done it recently will chime in with this 

 

for all the supporting documents you scan to CEAC ,  be sure write the NVC case number (CSB2019xxxxxxxx) both names and both DOB on each and every page in the upper right hand corner

 

your moroccan spouse will need  (for interview) copy of your tax returns and his medical exam (Arabic and English) plus any other documents they aske for when they send notice of interview

He , as said above,  needs to send you the IRS transcripts (for 2018 now and 2019) if innterview takes place after April 15th 2020)

 

unless they ask for something else that is all the USC sends/his personal infomation is checked out at USCIS and NVC 

Casa is only concerned at the interview with you and your personal knowledge of your husband and his life and family
