What the doctor is saying is that if your fiancee is pregnant, they may not be able to complete some of the x-rays and vaccinations required for a complete medical exam.  If you have full records of previous vaccinations it may end up being a non-issue, but if vaccination records are missing or incomplete that must be performed to pass the exam, you may have to wait until after birth to be cleared by the doctors, since the report would be incomplete and subject to an RFE.  Some vaccinations can't be administered to a pregnant woman.

Lol no. You must have heard wrong, I'm 7 months pregnant and went to my medical on the 1st July. I told everyone there I was pregnant and they were lovely. Even the doctor congratulated me on my pregnancy. It doesn't delay a visa or mean you can't be approved. If that was the case The embassy wouldn't have expedited my case (medical reasons in pregnancy)

You have to have the chest X-ray done and if a vaccination is missing they can contradict it. One of mine was contradicted by a nurse but I had that vaccination done on the 3rd! So I'm all up to date with all vaccinations,. My medical results came back good and  got sent to the embassy on the 2nd! A day after I went.

Vaccinations are not required for a K-visa ... recommended but not required. It can often be cheaper to get them during the medical but for instans in Denmark it will cost more than in the US.

Here's an example from the UK embassy website https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/medical-examination/

There isn't any delay.  SLEC still completes the x-ray, they will shield the baby, as for vaccinations they may not complete them all, some will have to be done later once in the States.   But no delay.
