Hey guys, we’re in the same boat, did the interview 13/june, they requested for irs tax transcripts, sent them in.

Currently, my ceac was last updated yesterday 10/July still on AP though.

Does K1 have to move to non-immigrant to be issued? 🤔

Yes. You will still select “immigrant” on login, but after login, the title of the status will change from “immigrant” to “non-immigrant”.

Thanks for your response. I was sent another Email this afternoon that stated that they recieved my supporting documents that my passport are not needed now untill further administrative processing is completed.  So no visa on the passport. My case updated today. Am confuse why they will return our passport.

Is it a good sign? Thank you so much!

It's a neutral sign ..  just means everything is still be processed.

Was you son's PSA birth certificate clear, easy to read?  Was the birth certificate a late filing?

You may want to jump over to the Philippines forum as you will get better answers related to the process in Manila

So ceac has again changed to last updated as today 12/July. But not yet moved to non-immigrant. What could be happening.

They do a series of background checks at the embassy level. Embassy will take a biometric (fingerprints) from the beneficiary at the time of the interview. During post interview processing the fingerprint card is scanned and checked against a number of interagency data bases to ensure the true integrity of the individual who is migrating.  These are usually pretty quick and don't slow things down but a day or two.

Just need some more time.
