hello all,,,

I have started to look over the forms (I485 / I765) and have couple of questions. I will be filling out this for my wife who will come here with K3 visa.

*** I-485

1) current USCIS status

what should I put in here? AOS is not approved so I dont think I can put permanenet resident

should I put AOS pending? what did you guys put here?

2). in part 3, In what status did you enter US last time?

can I just put K3 spouse visa? do I need to indicate non immigrant visa or something like that here?

*** I-765

14). manner of last entery?

can I put K3 spouse visa here as well? what worked for you guys?

16). I have to put eligibility,

for this I see two possibility

1st --> (a)(9) K3 non immigrant wife of USC (pretty sure its this but..)

2nd -> ©(9) EAD applicant who have filed for AOS

what did you guys put here.??

please help me out :)

thanks for the help in advance.!!!! :) :) :)
