Im filling out my wife i864 form i was on workmen comp for a year making 77,000 how can i apply the amount on the AOS ?

What is your current source of income? How much is that over a 12 month period? That's what you will use for current income.

Did you pay taxes on the workman's compensation. Normally they don't take taxes out, and you have to pay them when you file your taxes. You can use your tax transcript with the I864, and as mentioned, current income is more important.

Workman comp was the main source of income. Like she said its non taxable income. But i have a letter from the US department  of labor stating my income from workman comp....

"Was" or "is"?

"Was" implies it is no longer your current source of income.

The end of 2018 i start back working from nov to dec was the only taxable income

Then it has no bearing on your current income. Your current income is how much you are making right now. So if you're a regular W-2 worker, that's $paycheck * #paychecks_per_year.

The workman's comp income would only potentially come into play for reporting your income for the past 3 years. But that's a copy/paste from your returns.
