We went last Saturday to the post office to apply for passports (for myself and my daughter which is my derivative) but we missed the cut off. I made an appointment online so it won’t happen again as our post offices get busy during the weekend. Good thing the lady said I can apply my daughter’s at the same time with mine using 1 original naturalization certificate. Excited to get the blue passport!!!

My interview is on Monday 02/10, but my estimated completion date has not changed, still January 2020. It's a safe bet to assume that that will not change.

Thank you , no it still shows Sept 2020.

I am in contact with three other people on this site from earlier months who all had there interviews in November and haven't received letters yet for their oath ceremony's.. Soo slow. 

Hopefully you get your letter soon. Still 3 weeks out for my interview..

I had my interview today 02/10

 

The process was straight forward. The office went through the ROC application, then started the N-400. 

 

Asked 6 questions - What is the last day to submit federal taxes? How many justices are there? How many senators? Name a state that borders Mexico? Why does the flag have 13 stripes? forgot the last question..

 

Read, and wrote a simple sentence. 

 

went over the n-400 application - 

 

The officer said congratulations. explained a few things about the ceremony, took my statement for having returned my gc during my passport tamp last November. 

 

The officer said I needed the statement attending my naturalization ceremony. 

 

ROC is approved, but needs supervisor approval for the N-400.

 

I got a decision cannot be made. 

 

Hopefully I won't have to wait long.

Just got the notification by email that interview has been scheduled for my wife's N-400. Interesting that myuscis.gov does not show this status update but https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/ shows the status update. 

 

Need to wait for myuscis.gov to show the interview letter.
