N-400 July 2019 Filers!!! Join here!!!

I tried calling USCIS to find out why they called or what was that call about. Pretty much got no answer on that instead the lady I spoke to kept re-reading all the information from their website about my pending I-751 and N400. All which I have read myself like 100 times, so no help really. Before she almost finished the call even tho I did not get any of my answers answered, really, I asked again why would USCIS call or what they needed/wanted from me. She told me she has no idea and finished the call. So no help whatsover.

That is so irritating!! They should at least have a call log with basic info that they can give you🤦🏻‍♂️.  Maybe the call center direct staff are told not to speak to any case and only give generic help.  I’ve head people ask to speak with a Tier 2 officer and get the information they need. Not sure if you care enough or want to ask for a Tier 2 officer but it’s always an option.

That’s what I did. I called back and called the “general line” (I was using military help line) waited for 30 minutes to be connected and the lady I spoke to said right away she will connect me to tier 2 officer since she would not be able to provide me with any information or answers as to why they called me and she sees limited info on her computer. So I just got a call back from officer scheduled and hopefully they will tell me why they called. I have never heard of anyone around me getting a call so it kinda threw me off that they would call.

That is really irritating that they cannot provide you any information about the call. Or at least have someone call you back right after (forward it to the right department) if they are not allowed to give out details since you were the one who called them. Update us if you hear anything. Good luck!

What happened to the spreadsheet that my information disappeared? It was divided in July and August filers and most of the info on there was from July filers and now there are only 3?

yes, it had filter applied to show just San Francisco office applicants.  I removed the filters.

I don't believe that any Federal Agency would call. It might just be a scam.

Tier 2 actually confirmed that they would call and I even got a message on my online account that they tried to reach me.
