My biometrics appointment letter is available online and scheduled for Aug 6.

Does anyone know if I could print that to do a walk-in or do I have to wait for the actual letter?

Also got our biotmetrics letter online (first) and scheduled for Aug 8.  Awaiting paper notice.

Wondering the same thing -- thinking we need the official notice.  Anyone had luck with just the print-out with the online notice and walking in?

We just did biometrics today at our scheduled time in Alexandria, VA. It was incredibly busy. There must’ve been 50 people there for the same appointment time. Regardless, all done now and waiting for next steps.

Also, we found out that USCIS application centers do biometrics for UK and Canadian visas in the US.

You mentioned ‘we’. Does that mean you guys got biometric for the same day?

in my case I got the appointment date , but still waiting on my wife. So I was just checking to be sure

Didn't really register....

I guess I use "we"  because it's something my wife and are kind of going through together. In reality it is her appointment, but I accompany her most of the time. Thankfully only one of us is going through this process

hello everyone,

i just filed online my N-400 but quickly realized after submitting that i forgot one month of history "in my last five years" to the question

where have i lived in the last 5 years?  , i now remembered that i went for one month vacation from the place where i used to study and live? and that one month the marriage also took place, its a complete contradiction because i have married in that one month and visited my home country, will this make any problem for me? i used to study abroad and for one month i went home where we got married and then came back to study abroad, so the question "where did i live in the last 5 years" i only mentioned the place where i used to live but forgot to mention that for one month i went home

thank you everyone in advance

Just submitted the N-400 application online! We've been waiting on my wife's I-751 petition to lift conditions on permanent residency since June 2018, with no movement since her biometrics appointment in September 2018. Hoping the citizenship process moves faster, and that everyone's process goes smoothly!

We as in I accompanied my wife to the appointment. Hope your wife got her appointment date! Doing the biometrics shaved one month off the estimated completion time from 8 months to 7 months.

Did you maintain a residence in the United States during that one month (Did you have a house or apartment?) I do not think going on vacation somewhere means that you are "living" in the place where you took the vacation...
