Immigrant visas tend to get to ISSUED status much faster that the K-1

Correct,  because the immigrant Visa doesn't require a transfer to the NIV unit and get in a longer queue

I’m sorry , I need to update my timeline. I’m here in the Philippines to apply SB-1 to my daughter which is K2 before . She’s here in the country for 4 yrs . So she need a returning visa to come back to the US . We have our final interview last Friday July 12. Right after interview, I checked my status in ceac website it’s says ISSUED. But it’s weekend ! So maybe I’ll wait Monday hopefully I will get it sooner 🙏

Does your daughter still have her CFO certificate or is the sticker still in her passport?    

 

So she got her green card and then headed back to the Phils for school?

 

 No issue with not updating your profile/timeline ..  (I would leave it)

Yes she still have her CFO sticker in her old passport when we are on our fiancé visa before . I’m K1 and she’s under K2 . That was 2013. Then she went back here in the Philippines 2014, but now she decided to be with me.

Excellent!   I would tend to say - she shouldn't have issue when returning and clearing check-in at the airport in the Philippines.

Well , I hope I don’t have any issues anymore..Here in Manila immigration officer is very critical for some stuff. Sometimes I’m thinking it’s better to fly back in Cebu to minimize problem and less crowded clearing to immigrantion process. I’m really hoping that no issue at all. I’m so sick & tired of all this whole process. Specially I have infant travelling with me 🤦‍♀️

CFO can be such a PITA ... making rules on the run.

It has been hectic and amazing.  Aira is setup for high school.  I took them all driving. They loved it (a bit too much)!  I am completely blown away with everything right now.  We have really become closer and it is very comfortable for all of us.  There are a lot of changes going on but we are communicating much better than we ever have before.  Now it is just natural for all of us.  They seem to like my gigabit internet and a cell service with unlimited data and no need to go out and get load!  They video chat everyday with friends and family in Manila.  We all feel very blessed to have found each other.
