I (F-1 visa) applied for AOS after getting married to my wife, a US citizen, along with I-765 (EAD) in February 2019 residing in California.

Date filed: 02/10/2019

Date RFE filed: 03/05/2019

Biometrics appointment: 04/04/2019

Case status ready to be scheduled for an interview (I-485): 04/17/2019

Fingerprint review was completed(I-765): 04/14/2019

It is July 2nd, 2019 and I am still waiting for my EAD to be processed and interview to be scheduled.

Is this timeline normal or delayed?

Totally normal. The estimate for the EAD is 6.5 to 8.5 months, and has been increasing.

The interview scheduling depends on your local office, but in some offices the gap between "ready to schedule" and "interview has been scheduled" is taking over a year.
