I got these letters on mail yesterday too. Did you see any change in your status on the website? Mine changed to "card has been mailed to you" yesterday. Maybe by Thursday we will have it with us.

We got letters too!  They came in yesterday and our interview is on Thursday! I hope they come in sometime today or tomorrow... but that maybe a bit of a pipe dream

The actual card will arrive soon. The two physical letters and the actual card came within the same week for me.

Hey July Filers,

 

Update from our side - EAD status changed to "New card is being produced", AP still says "case was received". NOA-1 July 29, 2019, so I was getting kind of impatient to hear the news on the employment authorization.

Had our interview today. 

Case approved. However, we need to resubmit I-693 as our original submitted document was lost or IO could not find. So as soon as we drop it off should get the GC in few weeks. 

Also, check the mail today and EAD, Authorization for Travel and SSN arrived today.

Are you re-submitting the original one or have to do all the tests again and get a new one?  How would you get the original one if you only had the sealed copy?

So I have a question, better to be safe
First, I got a notice from USPS that we have package from USCIS and is arriving today so hopefully that is EAD/AP combo card
My question is how soon can we use the card travel out of US? Is next week too soon?

Got my green card last Friday and went to Canada on Monday.   No issues at either border.    Returning to US scanned green card at reader before pulling up to customs officer booth.  he asked if we had anything to declare and that was it.  Easy and uneventful!

No, provider will transcribe vaccinations on the new form and will seal it.

I made an inquiry two weeks ago about not receiving a response about my RFE (case online still says ‘RFE was sent’) and got a letter yesterday with an answer. 
it said: we can give you more information about your case. Is still being processed. Keep waiting patiently. 
So basically the inquiry didn’t really help at all. It felt like they are laughing at my face. 
We talked to a lawyer friend and he said that it can take up to 90 days for some RFE to get processed (I can’t think what is the difficulty with my birth certificate)

In two weeks we will hit the 90 days. I guess we will do another inquiry. If we don’t have any answer he recommend us to reach congress people. My husband started already some letters. 
Can I hope for Xmas miracle? I don’t really know.
