Can someone please help me out? I Recieved RFE letter today stating that my wife’s income is below the federal poverty guideline when that’s not true. I submitted Form I-864, W2 for 2017,2018 she was with me in Australia for 2016 so couldn’t submit that. Along with bank statements and payslips. Am I missing something...?

We received the same letter when the documents send had income well over the minimum income.

So our RFIE was made on Sept 28 and we got it in the mail on Oct 3rd. For original birth certificate and translation included with parent names and all that. For AOS part.

Mailed Oct 16 Today and should be there by Oct 17 Tomorrow at MO office.

I'll have to send the other mail requesting the lost birth certificate during sending AOS package part here when completing getting the state issued ID, due to lack of fulfilling requirement to send in matching ID form.

Anyone had their interview without no joint bank account, no motgage or tax together. Interview at 18th of November

no, but we will on Oct 31.   I have two letters of rejection from Social Security indicating USCIS has a mismatch error on our records.   Of course, the plan was to put her on the bank accounts, but cannot do that without the SSN.  I listed her as a beneficiary on the accounts.   I don't have a mortgage and most of us will not have tax records together at this point.

here is what we are presenting for the evidence portion.........

·        Bank/insurance beneficiary   attached

·        Health/Dental insurance        attached

·        Joint credit card                       attached

·        Mail showing our address      attached

·        Photos                                       attached

·        Airline/travel documents       attached

It's crazy with that being everywhere so we're stuck in the "grey area" and have to wait.

In TN we still can't get an TN ID Card without the EAD. Ugh. But that form we fill out for that also applies for TN DL so the woman talked to her Supervisor and say this is the result.
