I think 75 days would only be expedited, for regular 75 days is not possible yet, its atleast 120-130 days.

Honestly the waiting is the worst part, its like being stuck in limbo, i dont know what they dont have you apply for the EAD as part of the K1, so you can be working from the minute you land in the US, it would make things so much easier long term.

You have to file for employment authorization in your packet, its a separate form. I forget the #.

You are correct. I just wanted to confirm if anyone might have gotten their approval early. We've filled everything. Now waiting game begins...

The fingerprint for AOS covers both. If you were only applying for EAD then you would have to get fingerprint for it.

I tried calling USCIS today because the case didn’t update online since I did biometrics a month ago (just to check I know it can take up to six weeks to update) and I enter my Receipt number which is 10 numbers and the machine tells me I’m not entering enough numbers.

Anyone experienced this?

I’m calling this number 800 375 5283

Update

I was able to go through the call. I didn’t know how to put the letters in until I did.

They said the they received my biometrics and that some cases can get not updated on time just like what happened to me.

The case is still at NBC and the lady said it moves to the local office when is ready for interview.

My biometrics had been received so I can stop thinking the worst happened for a while haha 😂

Hi guys! Wanted to check because I'm getting more than a little bit concerned. Case received by office on July 18, NOA1 on July 29, but still haven't received anything for biometrics. We're in Chicago. Called USCIS on August 20, they said nothing's been sent out yet. How worried should I be here?

If you called USCIS and they said everything is fine so far, I don’t think you should worry.
