I guess it varies a lot based on each regional office. Miami is taking almost two years...

Some guy from Phoenix, AZ got his interview scheduled and their processing times was 17+ months.

Hello!

I am waiting for my biometrics appointment currently and I was wondering that can the absence of my medical exams delay the process of EAD/AP? I wanted to do the medicals this month, but couldn't find an address where to send it USCIS says:

1, File with AOS

2, Reply to RFE

3, Bring it to interview

Any ideas if it has an effect on EAD/AP? Should I just wait to a RFE

Thanks!

My wife filed the medical exam after receiving the NOA1s for AOS and EAD. Today she received the biometrics appointment (1 week after NOAs). I can't imagine why the medical would delay things.

Hello July filers! August filer here! I just got a mail for my biometrics appointment on September 6. We filed AOS on August 12. I'm in Philly, so it'll probably take 8 months to a year for our interview date. Haha! Hopefully soon but just enjoying the wait. Although I would love to get the employment authorization soon...starting to feel like a bum here.  😂😄

I got notification via text four days after we sent the package. We sent our package on august 9  and got a text on august 13. For the biometrics appointment, we got notified via mail, no text or email.

It’s been 2 weeks since I did my biometrics. The website didn’t upload. It still says Fingerprint fee received.

Should I call or is it normal? I read other thread and most people had the update the day later or something.

Thanks in advance!
