June filers are starting to get their "Ready to Schedule" and "Interview Scheduled" statuses. Hang in there!!

That is pretty impressive, i wonder what field offices those people are using, heres hoping just July filers arent to far behind them.

 

I see the USCIS website is being updated today into tomorrow, so cant check case status online.

NOA1 date 07/26/2019 (for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)

NOA1 arrived in mail on 08/01/2019. 

Biometric appt on 08/23/2019

 

Seattle, WA 

 

F-1 student visa to green card via marriage scenario. Filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently.

You can check June filers group and our timelines  I’m the one who’s interview was scheduled, my received date is 6/06. I expect my office to be Fresno, CA however I can’t be so sure since I haven’t received the letter yet.

Hello!

I am waiting for my biometrics appointment currently and I was wondering that can the absence of my medical exams delay the process of EAD/AP? I wanted to do the medicals this month, but couldn't find an address where to send it USCIS says:

1, File with AOS

2, Reply to RFE

3, Bring it to interview 

Any ideas if it has an effect on EAD/AP? Should I just wait to a RFE?

If you’re adjusting from K1 you shouldn’t need a medical if you filed within 1 year of your K1 medical.

Just got the biometric mail, and it says I'm going to take a trip to Atlanta, GA with my Husband.

 

Are there any stats about the biometric in Atlanta, GA? How early should I arrive to the office/appointment time? This one seems huge.

AOS Case update notice on April 9th, 2020, waiting for mail. - Interview date: Scheduled as of July 15, date is August 19. Passed the interview!

My Husband got his GC! 2 Year Conditional Green Card expires 08/19/2022, Residence since 08/19/2020

Got letter in mail for extension: April 12th, Received date June 21, 2022, Notice date: April 5, 2023 = 48 Months Extension. No physical card yet.
Approved without interview as of Feb 15th, 2024. Was not a combo interview with N-400.

Naturalization N-400 [2023-2024]

Service Center: NBC, application # starts with IOE#.
Biometrics waived. Got NOA mail Jan 5, 2024 says Interview in Nashville, TN on Feb 6, 2024.
Queue for review and approval. Already in line for Oath Ceremony as of Feb 13th, 2024.
NOA as of 4/29/24 - Oath Ceremony scheduled for May 30th in Chattanooga, TN. Rescheduled as of May 2nd, 2024 by USCIS - new date is May 29th.
May 29th - Naturalized! Ta-da!

I guess it varies a lot based on each regional office. Miami is taking almost two years...

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled 

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center
