Am I considered as July filer?😁  Filed last July 31st then received by R MERCADO August 1 and 3 NOA's notification thru text message and email August 5 and received the 3 NOA letter last August 9... good luck to all of us

anyone filed in July here still waiting for their biometrics? Just called USCIS and they said my case was transferred from NBS to CSC on Aug 13. Its almost the 7th week here for me :(

How do I find out what field office my (AOS?) case would be going to?

 

We haven't got a biometric date yet so it's probably too early to know.

I didn't see anything about biometric but I'll wait and see in the mail.

 

I also see this mention it doesn't take any InfoPass Appointment.

No; someone asks about this or reports a payment issue due to this every week or two here. There was even a thread not too long ago where someone asked why you should apply for AP if you didn't plan to travel citing the fees as an issue.

Seems like the biometric appointments for most people are at about 5 weeks. Does a text message precede the letter with the bio appt?

did you fill out the form to alert you by txt that your case has been received? if not you wont receive any txt msg.....
