So even if we are applying all the forms together,  we have to send  2 passport for each application that sums to a total of 6 pictures?

Wow, you said that and made me triple check my  forms and the  I-485 form from their web site has the one that expired on 06/30/2019 any new one? Or is that the most updated one.

Also do we have to use different G-1145 to track the 3 application or one is sufficient?

Will be filing soon. Should've started this at least 2 weeks before Marriage for at least to be able to submit the whole package Together as on time. But I got most of it, just have to renew a few things like getting tax transcripts and gonna wait for that in the mail.

For the I-485 its fine. It expired on 6/30/19 but they haven’t released the new version yet. For me it was the I-130 that expired in Feb although they were still accepting it until May.

Hello everyone! Hope ya'll doing well. I have few questions and hoping someone can shade some light.

Does anyone if pending vaccination can be competed at any clinic or does it have to be approved location by USCIS?

Also, has anyone use online translation and notarization services?

Thanks,

I believe any clinic can work as long as you get some evidence of the vaccination for the USCIS doctor later

That's inaccurate. Sending double sided copies is allowed by USCIS. It's just frowned upon usually because it causes extra work for them to scan in the documents for their digital copy.

Yes, you may. USCIS has not specified to send it one way or another. As mentioned in my above comment, it is only frowned upon because they have to scan in each paper you send in and if it's double sided that causes more work for them, more chances for them to forget to scan something in (which can result in RFE for missing document or incomplete document etc).

I believe you can do them at any place but it needs to be converted into an I693 by an authorized civil surgeon. I would call one of the USCIS authorized clinics just to make sure.
