So I went personally to the bank and I don't know what that lady on the phone looked at because they verified that the money orders haven't been used yet. This is so frustrating.

AOS, EAD, AP Sent via USPS on 23th July

Received and signed for by R Mecardo on 25th July

No text, email or NOA in mail yet

Check still not cashed/processed.

I'm getting super jealous of you guys that got NOA after a couple of days :(

Mine was delivered July 24th and signed by J. Chybia or something and still no sign from them. I'm going to call them tonight and see whats up.

People that sent via USPS could you please tell me if your tracking looked like this when it got delivered? Or was it suppose to be signed by someone.

Mine looked like that too.  I received my NOA1, biometrics letter, and my cheque was cashed.

I am now 3 weeks since it was delivered and haven't heard anything, package hasn't been returned either.  Looks like most people get it in 2 weeks and for some it almost took 4 full weeks so there's nothing to worry about, yet.

the same thing is happening to me, the first time we filled the AOS we received a rejection letter a month after we filled it. we did not receive any noa1. We fixed it

and sent it again on July 13th it arrived on July 15th but we have not received any noa yet. I called today and they said that they shouldn't reject the case again if we already fixed our problem. I don't know what to think or do anymore.

Paola I got a rejection from my Mom’s AOS package but on top of each form there was a page with the MSC number, for I-485, I-765 and I filed I-130, each and every form had the case number on top with some weird numbers on the bottom of each paper, I’m assuming they scanned everything because they send me a green paper that said to resubmit everything with the correct fee and the green sheet of paper on top!! My mistake was to mix payments, like I paid the I-130 with money order and the I-485  with credit card😑

Just received a ####### load of emails about my case getting accepted.  Delivered on July 17, accepted on August 8th, so 3 weeks total.

Also, I just realized, I have been posting on the wrong forum, since my adjustment is from a work permit.

I sent mine by usps priority and I don’t remember seeing someone signed it when my package got delivered. I wouldn’t worry at all.
