We’re in the same boat and getting no where. Even bigger bummer is they denied my husband a driver’s license because this K1 expires today. They said they need the 797 now. 😩👀

Oh I’d love to do that. What’s the their email please?

The lockbox support center's email is lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

I emailed them on Tuesday but haven't heard anything back.

@Mousey and @GeeRaf,

Looks like we are the only ones having the problem so far, and our mail delivered about the same time to lockbox support center. I wonder if in between the lockbox and USCIS someone ###### up and lost our packages (excuse my language as I am beyond furious with calling USCIS every single day without a response). I am literally thinking about sending another packet again on Monday and see if it will be processed. Let's keep in touch

GeeRaf, sorry about your husband's DL thingy. I went to DMV 3 times and waited 15 days to finally get my DL under K-1 because of some homeland security validation bullshit. Totally feel your pain. Hang in there and good luck to you! Like my husband said, you only have to go thru this once.

@JojoNikki did you send it with usps too? maybe we used the wrong delivery service lol should have used ups or fedex i guess...

We used USPS as well. If we have to send it again, we definitely won’t use them.

I sent my documents using usps priority, everything went well. Unfortunately sometimes it takes longer to get the receipt numbers, but eventually people are getting them :)

Hey all I just got the package returned with a rejection notice and I'm confused so I really need some help out here. It does says to resubmit with the package though. (I see printed lines at the bottom of my submission, etc.)

I helped my husband submit the AOS, EAD, AP, and my Aff. of support.

The package returned saying this:

Quote

This is in reference to the I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, you submitted, Your I-485, fees, and any supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reason(s):

The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please review the Form Instructions for fee information. Please resubmit the application/petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page.

Please note:

  • The biometric service fee is not required for I-485 applicants age 13 or younger.
  • The biometric service fee is not required for I-485 applicants age 79 or older.

Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documenation.

If you submitted a G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transaction, your submitted G-1450 has been destroyed.

If you have questions, please visit the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter to connect with a live USCIS representative in English or Spanish.

Same denial on the EAD and AP with the mention of incorrect fee.

What am I doing wrong? I submitted $1125.00 USD.
--------------------------
I just did a quick look at this website here: https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator
And I came up with this amount: $1,635.00
Is that correct?
Here is a screenshot of what I got below.
65a2effb85a487e82d75a6841e38b286.png

Edit: I just realized I wrote a check as $1125 and not $1225. This $1225 is correct?

Note: Remember I mentioned I forgot to add the total of 6 passport photos in the package and accidentally sent 4? They didn't mention that, but I'm gonna add it anyway.

Right, 1225 is the right amount for filing for spouse, no children.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Tuesday will be two weeks since they received it and I haven't heard anything either. I used FedEx 1 day delivery. Also I sent 1225 and 410 for AOs and EAD.
