I used the IRS tax transcripts.

You should be okay with W2 and the 1040 but there's always that very slight chance they send a request for the transcripts if for whatever reason they aren't satisfied with the tax return paperwork. Good luck on your journey!

Thanks for the answer. Just one more.. For the current annual income.. is that his gross income from w2 or adjusted gross income from his form 1040? :)

Oooh, that's a good one. If it's for #7 on the I864 you can provide your W2 gross income. If it's for questions #24 a-c, you have to provide your agi from your most recent tax return/s. Hope that helps!

No worries! Glad to help :) and no, it won't be an issue. As long as it's the most recent version published on their website, you can use that one.

Hi guys!! I have two questions. The first one is: where can I get my shots done? Back in Argentina the doctor didn't give me any because they weren't available so she told me that I had to get them here (and because of that I have no DS3025 or whatever the shot transcripts is called, don't remember the number exactly sorry about that). I called and went to the few places that I can do that without getting my full medical (there's a post where people post the information of some of the places that you can do it) and nobody is willing to do it just because "they don't handle visas". So I'm torn where I could get the done :(

And my second question is: why is my I-94 not updated? Called the CBP office, told them my problem (I entered the US in November 21st of 2018 but it shows August 2017 which was my last visit to the US). The officer did put a stamp on my passport and it shows in my Travel history but not on my I-94 online record. I called million times and I went there a few more times and they said that it might take months.... I have everything ready to send the package but this two things are really holding me back. I don't know what to do :(

Have you tried searching for a Doctor through here?

https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor

If you haven't, try finding one in your area through their search and explain you already got your medical done but are missing your shots.

For the CBP issue, you can try emailing them at https://help.cbp.gov/app/ask . Odds are they probably won't update it soon but your stamp should be considered proof of your legal stay. Try printing out your travel history and keep it with you in case you run into any issues. Also, if you're anywhere near a CBP office try calling them and see if there's anything that can be done locally.

Thank you for your response!!! Yes, I called the ones on the list on Phoenix but they keep telling me they don't do it and redirecting me to another one. So I don't know if I should keep trying but it seems like it's a dead end.

That's what I was thinking too! I have my passport stamp and it appears in the travel history so I feel like I'm good but in the back of my mind I'm scared I'd get a rfe for it. And I went to the CBP office in the airport and they said they same thing "it will update in a few weeks or it could be months" so idk :(
