No it should not. You just won't receive electronic notification of when they withdraw your money, etc but wait about 3 weeks and give  them a call. They should have your case numbers and you can track your status with them.

Question:  My fiance declined to get the vaccines in Argentina.  We are planning to submit the AOS by the end of August.  The medical should still be valid because he did it in May.  However, he does not have the vaccines.  Can we get them with a private doctor through our insurance and have that added to the AOS.  Or, how would this work?

I believe you can get your vaccines done anywhere but you have to have the I-693 filled out by a civil surgeon.

Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 7. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 4., and 7. of Form I-693.

Mine said that, too. I ended up calling USCIS a week later and they had already received it and provided us with the case numbers. I guess USPS doesn't update past it arriving sometimes.

Oh really, usually USPS are pretty good with the whole tracking thing but should I just wait a week or so now and then contact them? What would I even say when I call to try find my case numbers.

Yes, for any other deliveries I usually don't have issues with them but I've noticed it's a recurring problem with them delivering to USCIS. and yes, I would give it about a week and contact them. Tell them your USPS tracking doesn't show it was picked up and you just want to make sure it arrived to them well. They'll let you know at that point if they have received it and if they have you can ask them if they have case numbers yet (in our case she just provided them for us).

Oh okay sounds good, thank you for the info I guess I’ll keep checking my card aswell to see if they have charged me the fee.

Won't be a problem but you won't get a notification via text and email. I'm sure you'll likely get a NOA1 in the mail though.

I think I forgot to submit my update lol.

 

Submitted Sat 7/27, with USPS. Arrived by Monday 7/29 around 11am (Earlier than expected delivery than what I paid for, which is good).

 

No text/email/check cashed yet. When is the next wave of approval? I'm kind of noticing something like that is happening.

Hi there!! I'm from Argentina and in this thread asking about the same thing. I declined to get the vaccines back home and i was looking for a doctor to give me the vaccines and fill out the form, but I didn't have any luck. So what I did was getting my vaccine in a pharmacy and I included a copy if the record. I'll probably get a RFE  but I didn't want to waste any more time looking for a doctor. I'd say try to look for a doctor in your area that are willing to do it for you guys. Good luck!

We sent ours on Saturday as well! apparently it arrived yesterday. I believe once August starts it could be a notification/NOA1s wave! (hopefully)
