If you had to apply for EAD renewal, where do you find the information for renewal without a fee? We had our GC interview, all went well, redid the medical, sent it in by the Oct 7, was received on October 13 but haven't heard anything. The EAD expires on 12/19.

 

 

I believe as I found it here and link myself to the USCIS site for the EAD and I also checked here so I hope this may help... 
I checked the Fee Calculator, the I-765 form is not listed. However from the above it does mention it is $410 unless you apply under certain category.
The G-1055 Fee Schedule does also mention the I-765 is $410 for biometric fee with the edition date as of 10/19/20.

I had not find anything to be able to go without, but if you fall under the fee wavier category you would know which one it is I guess.

We didn't get an update this morning like I'd hoped, I will call the USCIS 800 number tomorrow.

It says that if you have a pending AOS, no fee for 131 and 765. It doesn't matter if it's the first one, or second, third. What matters is having a pending AOS.

Interview still not scheduled, biometrics done Sept 2019! At least my EAD renewal came within a month of applying.
