Congratulations! I got my interview notice today. It's going to be on February 20 at San Jose office. I guess yours will be somewhere a week after mine :)

I got our interview letter today and it is set for Feb 26th in San Francisco. Really surprised that it's in SF considering the wait time there. I was so sure it got transferred elsewhere. Goes to show no one truly knows the inner workings of the USCIS!

Interesting.  Makes no sense, but sometimes what they do makes no sense.  Anyway, congrats!

They should respond to inquiry in 30 days, but your case has to outside posted processing time otherwise you won’t be able to submit an inquiry.

That would be over 90 days right? For outside processing time?

How long does it take for the EAD card to arrive in the mail? I’m suppose to be starting work on Monday next week.

Mine took about a week. Congrats on EAD approval!

I wonder if it has anything to do with my current visa status as I am adjusting from H-1B (filing adjustment based on marriage but currently on H-1B work visa). I've also been in the U.S. for 13 years (started as a F1 student). As long as they give me a date, I will not question their process haha and thank you! I am now anxiously awaiting our interview date. Thanks again for sharing your interview experience!

I doubt your current status has anything to do with it.  Once you file for AOS, the process is the same for everyone (although H-1B allows you to travel outside US without AP).

Processing time for I-765 ( based on pending I-485) for national benefits center shows today as 5.5 to 7.5 months. It shows the date of the inquiry is June 23rd, 2019. Is your NOA is before June 23rd 2019, you would be able to submit an inquiry. In 60 days after first inquiry you would be able to submit second one if still no result.

Well for the EAD and AP this is also the same right?

Also,  the AOS/EAD/AP were received August 6th so since that... there haven't been any update. My NOA was received. More of that is in my sig.
