There was no thread made yet for July filers so here it is along with the checklist often used for AOS filing:

 

AOS Checklist

 

Cover Letter listing Table of Contents

(Check Payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security - $1,225.00)

 

Form I-485 (completed and signed by non-US Citizen/beneficiary)

• Form G-1145 
• Copy of beneficiary's Passport with biographical page 
• Copy of beneficiary's K1 Visa from Passport and entry stamp 
• Copy of NOA2 Approval letter (from K1 process) 
• I-94 
• Copy of beneficiary's Birth Certificate 
• Translation of birth certificate if required 
• Marriage certificate 
• Passport Photos (2) name written on the back 
• Copy of DS-3025 

 

Form I-864 (completed and signed by USC)

• Copy of Birth Certificate 
• 2018, 2017 and 2016 Tax Returns (with W-2) 
• Employment Verification letter (updated one - not the one used during K1 process) 
• Recent paystubs

 

Form I-765 (completed and signed by non-US Citizen/beneficiary)

• Copy of beneficiary's Passport with biographical page 
• Copy of beneficiary's K1 Visa from Passport and entry stamp 
• I-94 
• Passport Photos (2) name written on the back 
• Copy of NOA2 (from K1 process) 

 

Form I-131 (completed and signed by non-US Citizen/beneficiary)

• Copy of beneficiary's Passport with biographical page 
• Copy of beneficiary's K1 Visa from Passport and entry stamp 
• I-94 
• Passport Photos (2) name written on the back 
• Copy of NOA2 (from K1 process)

NVC completed my case since May 22 and i am still waiting for an embassy appointment till now. Has anyone received a recent appointment? For July/August?

Ahh okay, gotcha. You might find some help or insight in this forum below. At the top right hand corner at that link it gives you the option to post a question and you should be able to get better answers since it's designed for that. This  particular thread is for Adjustment of Status, mostly from K1s.

Hopefully we're filing this month..  Came here in November, got married in January and still haven't file because of financial problems, family problems back home, ect.. Really bummed about it but seeing other couples making it makes us keep going!! Good luck everyone! ☺️🤞

Hello guys! Joining this forum. Planning to pass my aos next week. For affidavit of support do we need IRS tax transcript? or w2 and 1040 form from H&R block will be enough? Thanks!

I used the IRS tax transcripts.

You should be okay with W2 and the 1040 but there's always that very slight chance they send a request for the transcripts if for whatever reason they aren't satisfied with the tax return paperwork. Good luck on your journey!
