if if you had a name change etc. or they had to check it manually when you had your ssn, this may be the issue.

 

go to uscis savecheck site and check your case to see if it already returned to dmv. 

 

I believe Save doesn’t really update with each status unless you got the status. But If save doesn’t return or there is a mismatch they can start a manual check. If you are sure they accept the 797c notice for driving license in Colorado, I’d say ask for a manual check. If they said they will do a manual check then check your save status yourself to see if the check has been returned to agency and call them afterwards.

 

it also matters at which stage you are at the moment on getting your license.

I just checked my status and it says it was returned, THANK YOU! I didn't realize i could check that, I didn't really understand what save was! I'll go back in today and see if i can get it now lol.. 3rd times the charm 😂😂
