I called at 7AM and actually on-hold now with them. Crossing my fingers.

I call again today and as of 5PM my case was not received.  NOA2 since Aug 27th.

Hello Guys.

Am new here and I hope am on the right thread. We received our NOA from NVC on the 20th of August with our case number and USCIS number. I went to pay for my DS-160 visa application and created a profile. I also checked my visa status using my case number it said “ready” we tried booking interview appointment but it kept saying “no appointment date available” . I and my fiancé are overwhelmed by the whole sudden news. What should we do? We also just got our profile frozen and waiting for 72hours to log in and try to look for any available dates for interview. Please I need help what should we do 😞

Some countries you cannot book interview online you have to contact the embassy or they will call you. I know Haiti you can check to see if your Ghana 🇬🇭 is the same

I'm in Nigeria and their appointments are  far and in between. I know that if you check to many times then they will lock you out.  I would say cut own on how often you check maybe link up with some other people who are filing in Ghana. I know that with me talking to other people filing in Nigeria and building those connections when dates became available we were sharing that info and several of us got dates or even better dates than we had before.

I wish you the best of luck and I hope this was helpful.

Thank you so much for the response, This is very helpful 😊

Anybody else running into the issue that the embassy is like a 2 day drive away and now finding out the only approved drs are that far away as well?

Depending on what's required by your embassy/consulate, it can be more practical to schedule the medical and interview in the same trip.

Since Anastasia's hometown is a 12 hour train ride from Moscow, she found out how far in advance of the interview she needed to have her medical done there; they said two days, so she had her medical on Tuesday and her interview on Thursday.

I realize this is off topic, but has anyone heard from @Greenbaum lately?  He made a comment about a doctor visit recently and haven't seen him around much lately.

Hope all is well.

I was wondering the same thing!!! I tried to PM him but he is not receiving  messages at this time.  I hope all is well too.

Hi guys, quick question. The ceac website says my case is “ready” but I still haven’t received anything from the embassy.

Do I need to do something else at this point before the embassy contacts me or do I just wait?

Thank you!
